Contact for your data For questions or to exercise your rights, email guadalupeprodint@gmail.com with the subject “Personal data”. The production team handles requests about Jeane Manson’s official website. The data controller’s exact legal identity still needs to be confirmed in the legal notice.

Contact form Your name, email and message are required to reply. Organisation is optional; the request category and language help route it. Required fields are needed to submit the form. Processing relies on the legitimate interest in replying to messages sent to production, or steps you request before a professional contract. Sending a message does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Newsletter Your email, language and optional first name are recorded only after you tick the agreement box. The date and consent version are stored. Processing relies on your consent, which you may withdraw without affecting prior lawful processing. A personal unsubscribe link is shown after registration. If you lose it, email the contact above; no account or password is needed. Every campaign must also provide an easy unsubscribe option. The website tool currently prepares drafts and does not send campaigns.

Recipients and service providers Messages and subscriptions are accessible to authorised team members. The website uses Lovable and a Supabase database; Resend delivers contact notifications when configured. Production receives messages in its Gmail mailbox. Data is not sold. Processing agreements, hosting regions and safeguards for any transfers outside the European Economic Area still need confirmation by the data controller; this notice will be updated accordingly.

Retention Messages should be kept while handling the request, then deleted or archived with a documented reason. Subscriptions are used until consent is withdrawn; minimal objection evidence may be retained to prevent further contact. Specific retention periods for messages, subscriptions, consent evidence and backups, and the deletion procedure, still need to be formalised by the team. No automatic form-data deletion is currently claimed.

Cookies and Spotify The Spotify player stays blocked until you allow it. Once allowed, Spotify receives information including your IP address and browser details and may use cookies and measure listening. Your choice, including refusal, is stored in this browser for 180 days. “Cookies and external content” in the footer lets you change or withdraw consent and removes the player. Cookies already set by Spotify can be managed in your browser and with Spotify. Other platform links open only at your initiative.

Operation and security Your browser stores your language choice and cart; team members have a sign-in session. These can be cleared in browser settings. The server uses a hashed IP address to limit abusive submissions. Hosting providers may process connection and security logs. Lovable also provides aggregate traffic statistics (pages, source, approximate country and device type). Its documentation describes measurement without cookies or cross-visit tracking; the team still needs to document the configuration and retention periods for this processing. Fonts are hosted on this website, without Google Fonts requests. This website version adds no Google Analytics tool.

Your rights Under the conditions set by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time. Requests should normally receive a response within one month; a reasoned two-month extension may be needed for complex requests. Proportionate identity checks may be requested if there is doubt. You can complain to the relevant supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France (cnil.fr) or AEPD in Spain (aepd.es). The site makes no automated decisions producing legal effects about you.
